To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, whether Article 1 of the proposed UK-Mauritius Treaty will place (a) the Chagos Archipelago and (b) Diego Garcia under the geographical scope of the Pelindaba Treaty.
