To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, what steps his Department is taking to help ensure that civil servants can express their lawful beliefs on (a) biological sex and (b) other issues.

Georgia GouldCivil servants can express their lawful beliefs, as long as how they do so is consistent with the Civil Service Code, which outlines the standards of behaviour all civil servants are expected to uphold.
