To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, what information his Department holds on the number of civil service employees under performance management procedures.

Georgia GouldPerformance management is managed by individual departments, meaning this information is not held centrally. In March, the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster announced that the Government will be strengthening performance processes for the SCS.
