To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer, whether value significant codes are used by the Valuation Office Agency in the Automated Valuation Model for Wales.

James MurrayValue Significant Codes (VSCs) indicate the existence of specific features that are likely to affect the value of a property either positively or negatively. The Automated Valuation Model utilises some VSCs, as published in PQ UIN 19500.
