To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, what estimate she has made of the proportion of UK cars powered solely by electric.

Keir MatherIn the 12 months ending June 2025, 4.4% of all licensed cars in the UK were zero emission battery electric cars, equivalent to 1.5 million cars.
