To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, what assessment she has made of the potential impact of the availability of public electric vehicle charging infrastructure on consumer uptake of electric vehicles in Royal Sutton Coldfield.

As of 1 April 2026, there were 102 public EV chargers in Sutton Coldfield. To build on this, the West Midlands Combined Authority has received over £18 million to deliver additional local charging infrastructure through the Local EV Infrastructure Fund.
