To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what powers the Government has to enforce breaches of planning conditions by foreign embassies.

Matthew PennycookResponsibility for planning enforcement rests with local planning authorities. It is for them to decide how and when to use their enforcement powers depending on the particular circumstances of each case.
