To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what estimate he has made of the average house price for first time buyers in Lancashire.

Matthew PennycookAccording to the Land Registry, the average price paid for a home by a first-time buyer was £245,000 in England and £158,000 in Lancashire as at July 2025.
