To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, whether the Government plans to introduce a (a) minimum and (b) maximum permitted workplace temperature in central government buildings.

The Government follows the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) guidance derived from The Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992. The minimum temperature for workplaces is already stipulated by HSE and is readily available online. See here. ...
