To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, what his policy is on the refoulement of former Guantanamo Bay detainees from third countries.

Stephen DoughtyWe urge all States to ensure those in detention are treated in line with international human rights law. Discussions of non-British nationals in Guantanamo Bay are a matter for the US and the nations of those detained.
