To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, whether he has sought legal advice on the extent to which the Health and Safety Regulations fall under the scope of the Retained EU Law Bill.

Mims DaviesFollowing an assessment by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE), there are health and safety regulations which fall within scope of the Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Bill. HSE has taken all necessary steps to identify relevant legislation and updates have been made available for the Retained EU Law Dashboard on the gov.uk website.
