To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, whether his Department has conducted a benefit-cost ratio analysis of the remodelling of HS2.
Answer
We will continue to publish benefit-cost ratios at key decision points for the different phases of the scheme, which will account for any changes in benefits and costs stemming from the rephasing of parts of the programme.
