To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, how many people will become eligible for indefinite leave to remain in the next five years.

Mike TappEligibility for indefinite leave to remain is assessed upon application, by individual caseworkers, and as such, there are no fixed estimates of the number of individuals who will become eligible at any point.
