To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what proportion of savings from changes to (a) NHS England and (b) Integrated care boards running costs will go the consolidated fund.

Karin SmythMinisters will work with the new transformation team at the top of NHS England, led by James Mackey, to ensure that the expected hundreds of millions of pounds of savings made will be reinvested in frontline services to deliver better care for patients.
