To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, what information her Department holds on alleged violations of International Humanitarian Law and whether this information is kept up-to-date.

Chris ElmoreAs I explained in the answer of 29 April to Questions 129692-95, the media stories on which these questions are based were misleading, and as I reiterated in the House on 1 July, our function in this important area remains and the unit has not closed.
