To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what steps he is taking to ensure that illegal hunts do not take place on Ministry of Defence land.

Maria EagleThe Ministry of Defence has only ever issued licences to recognised hunts for Trail and Drag hunting which are legal activities authorised by the Hunting Act 2004. Any suspicion of illegal hunting should be reported to the Police.
