To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, whether he has considered amending (a) subsection 254(5) and (b) Schedule 14 of the Housing Act 2004.

Matthew PennycookThe government has no current plans to change the list of buildings that are not considered Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs) under the Housing Act 2004. We keep the regulation of HMOs under review.
