To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, if he will review the tapered annual allowance threshold for NHS pensions.

Karin SmythTax policy is a matter for my Rt Hon. Friend, the Chancellor of the Exchequer. The tapered annual allowance threshold applies universally and restricts the amount of tax-free pension saving available to the wealthiest in society.
