To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, when she was first informed of the decision by John Larkinson, Chief Executive of the Office of Rail and Road, to step down from his role.

Keir MatherThe Secretary of State received a letter from the Chair of the Office of Rail and Road (ORR) on 8 December 2025 informing her of John Larkinson’s decision to retire from the role of Chief Executive of the ORR with effect from the end of April 2026.
