To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, when he expects the Health and Safety Executive to publish its report into the fatality on the Liberian flagged jackup drill rig Valaris 121 on 14 November 2025.

Sir Stephen TimmsThe Health and Safety Executive (HSE) has undertaken an investigation into the incident and has been in touch with the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service (COPFS), most recently on 19 January. HSE does not publish its reports.
