To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what steps her Department is taking to help tackle pavement parking in Fylde constituency.

Dame Diana JohnsonThe Flyde constituency is a civil enforcement area and therefore pavement parking is a civil matter for Department for Transport (DfT) and Ministry for Housing, Communities and Local Government.
