To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, how many premises applied for a pavement licence under the Business and Planning Act 2020.

Alex NorrisThe department does not collect data on the number of pavement licences applied for. It is up to local authorities to determine pavement licencing applications.
