To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, how many PIP claimants had active contracts with the Motability Scheme in (a) the West Yorkshire Combined Authority, (b) Cardiff Capital Region, (c) Swansea Bay City Region, and (d) the North of Tyne Co
