To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, if he will make an estimate of the number of pharmacies in (a) Stockport constituency and (b) Stockport Borough.

Neil O'BrienThere were 24 community pharmacies in Stockport constituency and 66 community pharmacies in Stockport Borough included on the latest NHS pharmaceutical list as of 31 March 2023. The list is updated every quarter and published by NHS Business Services Authority on their open data portal available at the following link:

Pharmaceutical services are also available, to the people of Stockport, from distance selling pharmacies.
