To ask the Secretary of State for Business and Trade, whether he plans to amend the code of practice on picketing, updated on 11 March 2024.

Justin MaddersSubject to Parliamentary approval of the Employment Rights Bill, the Government intends to amend the Code of Practice on Picketing to reflect legislative changes made by the Bill.
