To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what plans she has to review local planning authorities that are in special measures.

Matthew PennycookThe Secretary of State will aim to decide whether any designations should be lifted, usually in the first quarter of each calendar year. Exceptionally, de-designations may be made at other times.
