To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what steps the government is taking to cap service and estate management charges paid by residents.

Matthew PennycookThe government has no plans to cap service charges or estate management charges given this would prevent necessary funds being raised for legitimate purposes.
