To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many Single Justice Procedure prosecution notices went undelivered in 2023.
Answer
Heidi AlexanderSingle Justice Procedure Notices are served by the individual prosecutors and not the magistrates’ court. We therefore do not hold the data in relation to the number of notices that went undelivered in 2023.
