To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, pursuant to the Written Ministerial Statement of 19 March 2026 (HCWS1425), what proportion of total ODA is allocated to non-FCDO departments in each year from 2026-27 to 2028
