To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, whether he plans to publish the annual update of the Rail Network Enhancements Pipeline before the end of this session of Parliament.
Answer
Following recent fiscal events, we are in the process of reviewing the Rail Network Enhancements Pipeline (RNEP) and will look to make the outcome public once that work is complete.
