To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, what plans she has to set out inspection frequency requirements for the Office of Rail and Road under Great British Railways.

Keir MatherIt will be for the Office of Rail and Road (ORR), as the independent rail safety regulator, to monitor Great British Railways' compliance with its statutory safety requirements and determine the frequency of inspections it will undertake.
