To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, if she will make an assessment of the potential economic benefits of introducing a Sunday service for trains serving Spalding railway station.

Simon LightwoodThere are no plans for such an assessment, but local transport authorities are free to put together a business case for consideration by the rail industry should they so wish.
