To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, whether her Department is taking steps to protect places of worship from police raids.

Dame Diana JohnsonThe enforcement of the law is an operational matter for the police. It is for them to decide whether a particular action warrants police involvement, based on their operational expertise and the circumstances of the case.
