To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, how many Officer Cadets completed their training on Tonnage Tax qualifying ships in each financial year between 2002-2003 and 2022-23.

Mr Richard HoldenThe Department does not record this data as it is the total number of training months a company completes that determines whether it has met its minimum training obligation (MTO) under the tonnage tax regime.
