To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, how many special advisers have affiliated to the First Division Association; and whether special advisers are a collective bargaining unit.

Georgia GouldDetails of Trade Union memberships are not held by Civil Service employers. I refer to PQ 5303, which confirmed that there are currently no collective bargaining agreements for Special Advisers.
