To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer, what recent estimate her Department has made of the average spirits duty paid annually by a typical community pub.

Dan TomlinsonHMRC does not hold data on alcohol duty paid on alcohol sold in pubs. Alcohol duty is paid at the point of production or import and would not generally be paid directly by pubs.
