To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, what steps he is taking to support African leaders in responding to the conflict in Sudan.

Sir Andrew MitchellWe are pursuing all diplomatic avenues to bring about a cessation of violence and pave the way for meaningful talks.The Prime Minister, Foreign Secretary, senior officials and myself have engaged frequently with counterparts in the region with partners such as Kenya, Djibouti and Egypt.
