To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer, how many suicides of people facing the Loan Charge HMRC has referred to the Independent Office of Police Conduct.

James MurrayHMRC takes issues relating to loss of life or serious injury extremely seriously. HMRC has made ten referrals to the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) where a taxpayer has sadly taken their life and used a disguised remuneration scheme.
