To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, how many and what proportion of people who arrived in the UK on small boats who have withdrawn their asylum claims remain in the UK.

Dame Angela EagleAvailable data on returns of failed asylum seekers, including those who arrive by small boat, is published on a quarterly basis by the Home Office. The latest data goes to the end of December 2024.
