To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what assessment he has made of the potential merits of introducing a right of appeal for visitor visa refusals.

Mike TappWhere a visitor visa is refused, the applicant will receive reasons for the decision which they can address in a further application. There are no current plans to change this position.
