To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what support her Department is providing to the Overseas Territories to assist with people overstaying visas.

Seema MalhotraImmigration functions are devolved to the Overseas Territories. Any decisions relating to individuals overstaying their visa are matters for local immigration teams.
