To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what steps he is taking to improve party wall agreements.

Samantha DixonSuccessive governments have taken the view that the Party Wall Act 1996 meets its purpose of providing a framework to prevent and resolve disputes between neighbours regarding party walls. No review of the Act has been undertaken, nor is one planned.
