To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what estimate has his Department made for capital spending on the youth secure estate for the next year.

Jake RichardsBudget allocation for the 2026/27 financial year within the Department has not yet been concluded and as such forecasted spend on the youth secure estate has not been committed.
