Planning and Infrastructure Bill

This is unnecessary, as national planning policy is clear that planning policies and decisions should aim to achieve healthy places that enable and support healthy living. Local planning authorities are already able to put in place appropriate policies to support this; this includes policies that they can implement through their local plan. In relation to betting offices, they can introduce healthy impact assessments and SDSs.
