The earliest warning that things are going wrong and are being covered up come from whistleblowers. If whistleblowers had been heard, we could have avoided the Grenfell tragedy. It opened three and a half years late and £4 billion over budget. Why did not even the Mayor of London know earlier? It was because whistleblowers had been silenced.
