Amendment 184 seeks to include the matters listed in Section 178(2) of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 within the remit of the bodies. I say to my noble friend Lord Hendy that some of these, such as the facilities for trade union officials, are simply unsuitable to be agreed sector-wide. That is why it is not as simple as aligning the two pieces of legislation.
