Thirdly, it would require companies to have reasonable prevention procedures, not just written policies but procedures that are implemented, monitored and evidenced, including vetting, training, risk assessments, platform monitoring, audit trails and remediation. This is not some radical departure. It is responsible, proportionate and entirely consistent with the principles Parliament has already established in the two Acts I mentioned.
