I again draw the noble Baroness’s attention to Clause 98, which says: “A relevant offender must notify a new name to the police … no less than 7 days before using it”. Again, criminal or not, if people wish to identify in the way in which they identify, I think they are entitled to be allowed to do so. I give way again.
