The noble Lord mentioned an important point about promoting awareness of the ASB case review procedure. The statutory guidance, published only in September last year, is clear that the relevant bodies should already be raising awareness of different methods to apply for a review and communicating this effectively to the victim. Therefore, I respectfully say that, given that we did that in September, the amendments would duplicate that and are not necessary in practice.
