Amendment 10 would require relevant bodies to publish additional data pertaining to ASB case reviews, including reasons why it is determined that a request for a review was unsuccessful—and, indeed, data on the number of reviews carried out by an independent chair and on victim attendance. It is currently a statutory requirement for relevant bodies to publish certain information relating to case reviews, which includes the number of times when applications have not met the threshold for a review. It also includes information on the number of anti-social behaviour cases received; the number of anti-social behaviour cases reviewed; the number of recommendations made following those reviews; and the number of rejections of those reviews. That information is already established in statute for publication. Perhaps we need to improve the awareness of that, but it is already in statute.
